Terms and Conditions

Tax-Invest provides a web-based application and related services that enable you to prepare and generate your tax declaration through our platform. Our services also include additional financial advice and guidance related to your tax obligations.

To calculate your tax liability and potential refund, you can enter into a Service Agreement with Tax-Invest in accordance with these Terms. By doing so, you authorize Tax-Invest to prepare your tax declaration for submission using our platform.

The tax declaration is prepared entirely through our platform based on the data and information you provide. Tax-Invest calculates your tax obligation based on your inputs and applicable tax legislation. Important: The calculated payment due or potential tax owed is only an estimate and carries no guarantee. Your actual tax liability is determined solely by the competent tax authority.

Regardless of these Terms, Tax-Invest does not provide tax consulting or legal services as defined by applicable law. Our application operates on a fully automatic basis, with the ability for you to manually correct any input errors before authorizing the generation of your tax declaration. The generated reports are a tool to facilitate the filing of your tax declaration, but the ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the submitted data is entirely yours.

Upon acceptance of these Terms, Tax-Invest will create a user account for you. You are responsible for protecting your username and password from unauthorized access and must take appropriate measures to do so. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Tax-Invest is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Tax-Invest grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-licensable right to use the application for personal use during your subscription period. You must not use the application for purposes other than those specified in these Terms and must not misuse or manipulate it.

Your usage rights extend to all updates, upgrades, and new versions of the application. Tax-Invest reserves the right to change, modify, or remove any information in the application at any time without prior notice. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Tax-Invest and its licensors.

You may not modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the source code of the application or create derivative works. You cannot use any information from the application for commercial purposes or to benefit another company. Tax-Invest may refuse service or terminate accounts if your behavior violates applicable law, these Terms, or our interests.

By clicking 'Generate Tax Declaration,' you enter into a Service Agreement with Tax-Invest for the calculation of your tax liability and preparation of your tax declaration based on the data you provide.

You agree to pay a one-time fee or subscription for our service, as shown in the application.

You authorize Tax-Invest to charge this fee via bank/debit/credit/virtual card or the bank account you provide in the application. Paid plans are billed on an annual basis through the Stripe payment processing platform. All listed prices for one-time access and subscription plans are final and include VAT (Value Added Tax) in accordance with applicable legislation.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated or cancelled before the end of the current period. Management, including subscription termination, is done through your profile. Tax-Invest reserves the right to change prices. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: By accepting these Terms, choosing a paid one-time access or subscription plan, and making the corresponding payment, you provide your explicit consent for the provision of digital content and services to begin immediately. You acknowledge and agree that with this immediate performance, you lose your right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days, as provided by consumer protection law.

All intellectual property rights related to the platform and the services provided through it, including but not limited to: all texts, graphics, images, audio and video materials, software, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, the structure, interface, functionalities and content of the platform, know-how and other objects are the exclusive property of Tax-Invest and their respective owners, unless expressly stated otherwise. They are protected under applicable copyright and related rights legislation, as well as intellectual and industrial property protection. You may not imitate, modify, use, reproduce, or otherwise exploit this content without our prior written permission.

Access to the platform and use of services does not grant users any rights to intellectual and industrial property, except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the platform and services solely for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. If a user provides content through the platform and/or social media profiles managed by Tax-Invest (e.g., comments, ratings, materials, suggestions, or other data), they guarantee and declare that they hold the necessary rights to the provided content and grant Tax-Invest a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, store, and process such content solely for the purposes of providing and improving services, unless otherwise agreed.

Tax-Invest does not claim ownership of content you provide. However, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user-provided content that violates these Terms or compromises the integrity or security of our services.

Any unauthorized use of the platform or intellectual property objects may constitute a violation of applicable law and may lead to civil and/or criminal liability of the infringer.

Your privacy and data protection are important to us. Please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms apply indefinitely to your use of and access to the platform unless otherwise agreed.

Either you or Tax-Invest may terminate these Terms with notice within 14 (fourteen) business days. Pending or incomplete Service Agreements and Expert Service Agreements are not affected by such termination.

Termination notices must be made in writing.

Tax-Invest may terminate a Service Agreement or Expert Service Agreement if you intentionally or negligently breach your obligations under these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon subscription termination, access to paid features is terminated at the end of the current paid period. When using the platform and the services provided through it, you agree not to perform actions that violate the law, good morals, or the normal functioning of the platform.

The following is prohibited, without the list being exhaustive:

• Compromising the security or integrity of software systems or networks associated with the platform.
• Using the platform and services in a way that may disrupt their functionality or interfere with their use by other users.
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data without explicit permission.
• Uploading or including in any form content containing viruses, malicious code, or other components that impair functionality on the platform and its services.
• Sharing content that is offensive, defamatory, libelous, confidential to third parties, contrary to law, or that violates the rights of third parties in any form.
• Modifying, copying, adapting, reproducing, decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting the source code of any part of the platform.
• Reselling, renting, licensing, sublicensing, or providing documents generated by the platform for use by third parties.
• Engaging in fraudulent or other illegal activities through the use of the platform.
• Behavior that is offensive, threatening, or disrespectful to Tax-Invest employees, partners, or other platform users.
• Abuse, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward persons involved in the maintenance or management of services, including in communication with the support team.

Tax-Invest may modify these Terms from time to time. Modified terms apply to all new agreements entered into after such modifications.

For material changes affecting your rights, Tax-Invest will inform you in advance. If you do not object within three weeks or continue using the services, you accept the modified terms.

For essential changes affecting the structure of the agreement, Tax-Invest will offer you the option to continue under the new terms or terminate the agreement.

Tax-Invest may adapt terms without notice if changes benefit you, are required by law, are purely technical, or relate to new services.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with the legally applicable provision.
