Terms and Conditions

Tax-Invest provides a web-based application and related services that enable you to prepare and generate your tax declaration through our platform. Our services also include additional financial advice and guidance related to your tax obligations.

To calculate your tax liability and potential refund, you can enter into a Service Agreement with Tax-Invest in accordance with these Terms. By doing so, you authorize Tax-Invest to prepare your complete tax declaration for submission using our application.

The tax declaration is prepared entirely through our application based on the data and information you provide. Tax-Invest calculates your tax obligation based on your inputs and applicable tax legislation. Important: The calculated refund or potential additional tax is only an estimate and carries no guarantee. Your actual tax liability is determined solely by the competent tax authority.

Regardless of these Terms, Tax-Invest does not provide tax consulting or legal services as defined by applicable law. Our application operates on a fully automatic basis, with the ability for you to manually correct any input errors before authorizing the generation of your tax declaration.

Upon acceptance of these Terms, Tax-Invest will create a user account for you. You are responsible for protecting your username and password from unauthorized access and must take appropriate measures to do so.

Tax-Invest grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-licensable right to use the application for personal use during your subscription period. You must not use the application for purposes other than those specified in these Terms and must not misuse or manipulate it.

Your usage rights extend to all updates, upgrades, and new versions of the application. Tax-Invest reserves the right to change, modify, or remove any information in the application at any time without prior notice. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Tax-Invest and its licensors.

You may not modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the source code of the application or create derivative works. You cannot use any information from the application for commercial purposes or to benefit another company. Tax-Invest may refuse service or terminate accounts if your behavior violates applicable law, these Terms, or our interests.

By clicking 'Generate Tax Declaration,' you enter into a Service Agreement with Tax-Invest for the complete calculation of your tax liability and preparation of your tax declaration based on the data you provide.

You agree to pay a one-time fee (including applicable VAT) for our service, as shown in the application.

You authorize Tax-Invest to charge this fee to the bank account information you provide in the application.

Tax-Invest offers you the opportunity to access offers from independent third-party tax consultants through our platform. These consultants are authorized professionals who can provide tax assistance.

Any service agreement is made exclusively between the consultant and you, with separate fee negotiations.

Tax-Invest provides the platform for connecting you with tax consultants and processing consultant fees on their behalf.

By clicking 'Confirm Booking,' you enter into an agreement with Tax-Invest for the use of Expert Services on the terms outlined herein.

You authorize Tax-Invest to charge the Expert Services fee (as shown in the application) to your bank account information.

All content associated with our services, including logos, images, videos, graphics, and text, is protected by copyright and trademark laws and is the exclusive property of Tax-Invest. You may not imitate, modify, use, reproduce, or otherwise exploit this content without our prior written permission.

Tax-Invest does not claim ownership of content you provide to us. However, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user-provided content that violates these Terms or compromises the integrity or security of our services.

Your privacy and data protection are important to us. Please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

A fundamental obligation of yours is to ensure that all information you provide to Tax-Invest is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must provide all necessary files, data, and information required for tax preparation.

You agree to cooperate fully with Tax-Invest and comply with all requirements outlined in these Terms.

These Terms apply indefinitely to your use of and access to the application unless otherwise agreed.

Either you or Tax-Invest may terminate these Terms at any time with ten business days' notice. Pending or incomplete Service Agreements and Expert Service Agreements are not affected by such termination.

A Service Agreement terminates upon delivery of your completed tax declaration and full payment of service fees.

Tax-Invest may terminate a Service Agreement or Expert Service Agreement if you intentionally or negligently breach your obligations under these Terms.

The right to terminate for good cause remains available to both parties.

Termination notices must be made in writing.

Tax-Invest may modify these Terms from time to time. Modified terms apply to all new agreements entered into after such modifications.

For material changes affecting your rights, Tax-Invest will inform you in advance. If you do not object within six weeks or continue using the services, you accept the modified terms.

For essential changes affecting the structure of the agreement, Tax-Invest will offer you the option to continue under the new terms or terminate the agreement.

Tax-Invest may adapt terms without notice if changes benefit you, are required by law, are purely technical, or relate to new services.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with the legally applicable provision.
